The Changing Landscape: Public Health Workforce Challenges

On the evening of Wednesday, April 16, 2025, the CUNY School of Public Health alumni community came together for The Changing Landscape: Public Health Workforce Challenges event. The event featured a networking reception, followed by a fireside chat with Dean Ayman El-Mohandes and Dr. Tina Shah, Global Workforce Expert. The chat was moderated by Cesar Herrera, CEO & Founder of Yuvo Health and CUNY SPH Foundation Board Member. Together, they explored how the public health workforce can pursue new opportunities within the private sector, especially in times of political change.
